Hi, and welcome. This blog is currently under development, but I intend to devote it to discussions of isolated, confined environments. Isolated Confined Environments include but are not limited to submarines, aircraft carriers, prisons, antarctic wintering over stations, rural communities, and islands. Discussion will draw from the natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, literature, and any other field that is relevant to isolated confined environments.
